SINGLE PHASE TRANSFORMER.

We manufacture variety of single phase transformer like step-up and step-down transformer, auto and isolation type transformer, horizontal or vertical mounted transformer, core type or shell type, etc. as per customer specification.

All hi-po make transformers made with the super-enameled copper wire of  class adhere with IS 13730. Higher insulation class may be used as per customer requirement.

Coil winding is carried out with layer to layer winding separated by insulating paper.

The wounded coil is vacuum impregnated and backed for long life.

We use high quality, low loss electrical grade steel lamination for core assembly. The wire termination is carried-out with close type terminal strip. The higher factor of safety selected for terminal strip rating to increase life and reliability of transformer. We provide earthing terminal for ease of wiring and safety.
